The two main public rooms, the Salone Medici and the Sala Capre on the ground floor of the Hotel Hassler both face the quiet oasis of the Palm Court and outdoor gardens.

The distinctive, 19th century décor, luxuriously draped curtains, and Murano appliqués, all compliment the antique furnishings of the Salone Medici. With direct access to the outdoor garden, this is the ideal location for parties, dinners and presentations for up to 150 guests.

The oval-shaped Sala Capre offers a smaller, more private ambient for ideal for meetings, private luncheons or dinners for up to 30 people. It has two large original 1940’s paintings by Capezzano as well as direct access to the Palm Court garden.

The Sala Sistina, recently renovated, is a popular venue choice for elegant corporate meetings and presentations for up to 70 guests. It is outfitted with the latest audiovisual equipment, picture screens, overhead video and slide-projectors, advances audio and microphone system. The Hassler’s Events team is happy to fulfill any special request for technical equipment, or other services such as simultaneous translators, upon request.

Weddings

The Hassler is specialized in organizing the perfect wedding reception. Either on one of the panoramic terraces with the breathtaking view of Rome as the setting for this unforgettable occasion, or in the romantic Palm Court garden or one of our private salons, the locations at the Hassler offer the most special and luxurious venue in Rome. The additional services our Events team is used to providing include such things as floral decorations, customized menus, place cards and table plans, live entertainment (from a classical string quartet to a jazz band), beautiful wedding cakes, photographer and more. We also can organize the make-up and hair-styling for the bride and guests, as well as other beauty treatments either in suite or at the Amorvero SPA on the third floor.

Suites

Presidential Suite Penthouse

Located on the 7th floor, the Penthouse is the type of suite travellers to Rome dream about as they gaze out over the breathtaking view of Rome’s skyline from the private 150 square meter terrace. With its large Gazebo, it is also the ideal location for a cocktail party or reception. The bedroom’s four-poster canopy bed and silk walls are dressed in the warm hues of gold fabric.

The Penthouse suite in Rome has a large sitting room and dining area with some beautiful antique pieces: a 1780 desk, valuable paintings of the Schools of Tintoretto and Caravaggio, Venetian mirrors, hand-cut crystal chandeliers, and Louis XV chairs. The suite also has two plasma-screen TVs, DVD and VCR player, fax machine, CD player, and mini-bar area with a wide selection of beverages.

The master bathroom appointed in “Naxos” marble has gold-plated tabs, a Jacuzzi, two sinks, separate shower and WC, and there is a second guest-bathroom as well.

Presidential Suite San Pietro

Located on the 6th floor, the San Pietro Suite was renovated in 2002, and features a living room and dining area, bedroom, a master bathroom in white and beige-rose marble (with a Jacuzzi, small TV, two sinks, and separate shower and WC), and a second guest bathroom.The suite features an elegant combination of wood paneling, a beautiful painting over the sofa, an antique late 18th-century desk, a show case with original antique Roman artifacts on display, as well as all the modern amenities including a plasma-screen TV, DVD and VCR, fax machine, CD player, and large mini bar.The bedroom’s walls and fabrics are cream-colored with muted claret-red flowers, and there is a second plasma-screen TV as well as another access to the private terrace running the length of the entire apartment.The terrace is equipped with chaise-longues, tables and chairs which make it ideal for an outdoor drink or simply to enjoy the spectacular view over the city and the Spanish Steps. The suite can be connected to a double room.

Presidential Suite Trinità dei Monti

Located on the 5th floor, this lovely one-bedroom suite overlooking the Spanish Steps was entirely renovated in 2003. The bright, airy corner suite features large floor-to-ceiling windows with balconies which offer an unforgettable view of Rome and the twin domes of the beautiful Trinità dei Monti Church.The suite has black and white marble floors, as well as black/ white carpeting and the living room is decorated with original paintings and classically-styled furniture with a modern accent. There is also a dining area with Swarovsky crystals set in the ceiling like so many stars to create a romantic atmosphere ideal for a private dinner.The bedroom and living room contain plasma-screen TVs, and the main bathroom is covered in black marble with Swarovksy crystals lighting up the ceiling. There is also a Jacuzzi and a separate shower cabin. This suite can be connected to another double room.

Grand Deluxe Suite Hassler

Located on the first floor, the “Hassler Suite” has been recently renovated. Its exquisite position offers a grand view over the Trinità dei Monti square, the obelisk and the Spanish Steps. It has been luxuriously furnished with French silk, soft rugs, and classic stucco details.The living room and bedroom are furnished with magnificent paintings and antiques in discreet colors such as white and beige. The walls are covered with fabrics of warm, relaxing colors, especially chosen to emphasize the beauty of the panorama: from the obelisk of Trinità dei Monti to the Spanish Steps. The bathrooms are equally beautiful: the master bathroom has floors of green marble and a very unique and charming mosaic.The Jacuzzi, set under the vaulted roof and among the relaxing green plants, evokes the atmosphere of ancient Roman baths. This suite can be connected to two double rooms.

Classic Suite

The Classic Suites are ideal for guests who would like something more than a double room. Each Classic Suite is composed of a bedroom with a full and separate sitting room with characteristic furnishings, plasma-screen TVs, walk-in closet, office area, marble master bathroom with his & her sinks, and a guest-bathroom. Classic Suites enjoy either a partial view of the city or a garden view and are connectable with other rooms.

Salone Eva

The Salone Eva is the preferred Rome fine dining rendezvous for locals and guests, offering an elegant and refined atmosphere along with delicious menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner and of course, the Hassler’s incomparable service. Also serving fine Italian wines by the glass, Rome’s best cocktails, and after-theatre snacks. Live piano music in the evening.

Hassler Bar

The Hassler Bar, annexed to the Salone Eva, is a cozy, hidden cocktail bar, ideal for an aperitif or an after-dinner-drink. Surrounded by dark wood, red leather upholstery and gilded mirrors, it is like stepping back in time into a glamorous 1940s set, where one could imagine a Humphrey Bogart or an Audrey Hepburn to walk in at any time.
Princess Diana once confessed to GM and owner Roberto Wirth that she had enjoyed the world’s best “Bellini” here… although she could not resist one of the Hassler’s signature “Veruschkas,” an invigorating mix of pomegranate juice and sparkling Italian wine!

This charming garden restaurant & bar in Rome offers welcome respite from the Roman summer heat, surrounded as it is by ancient stone walls, flowers and ivy. Entering Imàgo, the Hassler’s 6th floor panoramic Michelin starred restaurant in Rome with its unique view over the city, is to be greeted by a beautiful life-size painting that fills each window of this spectacular location loved by the Roman locals and international guests alike. Soft music, elegant marble floors with an antique-wooden inlay, and the romantic play of light reflecting on the mirrored tables, all conspire to create a magical atmosphere, a sense of being in another time and space.Sitting down one is instantly attended to by the Maitre, always happy to point out the names of the various monuments and cupolas on the horizon.
