The Cavalieri Grand Spa Club is Italy’s most luxurious spa and fitness facility encompassing over 2,200 sqm. of pampering, relaxation and wellness space. Ten treatment rooms offering a wide range of spa services, from La Prairie facials to Ayurvedic massages, as well as two saunas, whirlpool and an amethyst Turkish bath.

Fitness Center

The fitness center has a fully equipped gymnasium with a wide range of hi-tech cardiovascular, aerobics and weight equipment. Television and DVD screens will keep guests entertained while on the treadmill. A team of personal trainers, specialising in fitness, muscle-building, Pilates and yoga, are available by appointment to encourage and assist everyone from the novice to the seasoned fitness practitioner.

Outdoor Pool
Three of the Cavalieri’s pools are outdoors, with Rome as a backdrop. The main outdoor pool is integrated into the Hotel terraces and is served by the casual pool bar. Two further pools lie deeper into the hotel’s Mediterrean park. One is designed for children where parents have the luxury of sitting in the whirlpool while keeping on eye on their charges; the other basks in the sunshine until late afternoon, nestled between palm and olive trees.

Business Center

All the Hotel’s business and conference rooms are fully equipped with the latest technologies including HDSL wireless and cabled lines, all format audio-visual projectors and screens, PA systems and microphones and video conferencing. Its business centre offers further backup with PC workstations and an experienced team ready to help with photocopying, printing and other requests.

Child Programs

For the Cavalieri team baby-sitting is only the beginning of a full range of children’s services! Should guests arrive with a baby or a toddler, the Hotel is happy to supply guest’s room with a cot as well as a changing table and nappy products. Bathrobes and slippers are provided in a variety of child’s sizes. Various children’s entertainments can be arranged from pizza making to parties with clowns and magicians. Outside in the extensive park there are games as well as a special children’s pool.

Planetarium Suite

With its ceilings spangled with fibre-optic stars, the Planetarium is the Rome Cavalieri hotel’s premier romantic retreat. It is a treasure chest of antique and contemporary works of art, including a Robert Indiana series. There are flat screen plasma televisions in each room and a spectacular private roof terrace with a hot tub. Petronius Suite

The largest suite in the Rome Cavalieri hotel, the Petronius Suite is furnished in classical style with rare 18th Century French antiques and adorned with some of the Rome Cavalieri hotel’s most valuable works of art. It includes a large sitting room, a dining room that seats eight, and four balconies to enjoy the stunning Rome views. Petronius Suite guests are able to compose their own personal wine list from the hotel’s cellars. The wine will be stored in the room at ideal temperatures. The suite can be extended over four bedrooms with individual bathrooms including a second connecting suite.

Napoleon Suite

Decorated with original Empire antiques, paintings and prints, the Napoleon Suite at the Rome Cavalieriis elegant enough for any emperor, and the ultimate in Rome luxury hotel accommodation. L’Uliveto

On the garden side of the Rome Cavalieri hotel, L’Uliveto restaurant overlooks the landscaped park adjacent to the outdoor pool. Featuring Mediterranean and international dishes, its menu leans naturally towards Italian cuisine. Informal and welcoming, L’Uliveto sets high culinary standards and regularly highlights regional specialities, from Puglia to Piemonte. In summer tables are laid outside on the terrace for an ‘al fresco’ dining.

Sunday Brunch

On Sundays, the grand concourse outside the L’Uliveto hosts the Rome Cavalieri’s famous Music Brunch. It is a Roman institution, where families gather across the generations. Elaborate hot and cold buffets offer endless choices over many courses. A Wok Corner and a refined selection of Sushi for those with a taste for oriental cuisine allow you to sample fresh personalised dishes in front of your eyes.

The Rome Cavalieri offers a sophisticated in-room dining service that extends beyond what most hotels know simply as room service. Guests are able to choose from a full menu and room waiters will serve the meal in your room or suite with the same attention you would expect in any of our restaurants. Tiepolo Lounge and Terrace

Situated in the hotel’s main lobby, the Tiepolo Lounge is the focal point of the Rome Cavalieri. With terraces extending outside, where cushioned wicker chairs and sofas overlook the pool and the gardens, this is where guests meet and mingle, the place to see and be seen. Its setting beneath the soaring lobby ceiling is enhanced by the spectacular Tiepolo tryptch on one side and exquisitely crafted antique tapestries on the other. Open all day, the lobby is the rendez-vous for morning coffee, light lunches, snacks and drinks at this luxury hotel in Rome. During winter, a traditional English High Tea is served every afternoon. In summer, don’t miss our supremely creative summer cocktails at the Tiepolo Lounge and Terrace.
