About the Chef:
With more than a decade of experience under his belt in the gastronomic hotbeds of Toronto and Vancouver, Paul Marshall isn’t just your average chef. Paul learned the ropes at George Brown Culinary Institute, where he earned his Red Seal designation, and working alongside chefs Stephen Treadwell and Dario Tomaselli at the Queen’s Landing Inn and Oro Restaurant in Ontario.
