60 km from the resort, on the airport road in Amman, you will find a 9-hole golf course, the only golf course in Jordan. Reservations are required.

Pools

Over 3,000 square meters of magnificent swimming pools and water features. Enjoy a whole world of fun, splashing under the sun with three large pools, two of which are heated in winter. All in all we offer two private pools and jacuzzi, a kid’s pool and a river – all accompanied by our animation and lifeguard team to add to the excitement. Lifeguards on duty daily from 6.30 am until sunset.

Child Programs

Keeping the younger members of the family entertained is a job we know better than anybody else. While you are enjoying our luxury facilities, let your children enjoy painting, playing games or particpating in a programme of other fun-filled activities that changes every day. The full-day programme also includes lunch and refreshments. We have plenty on offer to keep our younger guests happy from dawn to dusk with both indoor and outdoor playing facilities, a shaded children’s pool, a nap area with themed beds and special kid’s toilets. The Dana Children Activity Centre is supervised by professional caretakers and welcomes children aged 3 to 12. Children below 3 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Meetings and Events

The hotel features a convention centre with 2 ballrooms and 1 conference room for up to 1,500 persons. All have daylight and can be split into two or three smaller rooms. There are also five breakout rooms, a Roman theatre for more than 500 persons, the Beach Lounge for a maximum of 350 guests for gala dinners and an auditorium for up to 198 persons.

We offer an extended and varied range of facilities for private events, business meetings and seminars. Audio-visual and presentation equipment and free internet access in meeting rooms for all delegates. Our professional team will help you plan and carry out your event. Use a combination of other resort spaces to stage unique pre- or post-event functions and special events for up to 1,500 persons.

Accommodation

With about ten different room categories to choose from, you can either choose a room in the main building, the village or the beachfront with mountain, garden or sea view. Our rooms also vary in size, decor and furnishing. The resort has a total of 346 rooms, of which over two-thirds are smoking; there are non-smoking rooms on several floors and blocks. Most rooms have either a balcony or a terrace; interconnecting rooms and rooms for physically challenged are also available.

Despite the antique look of the village, all 346 rooms are luxuriously furnished in warm and natural colours. The latest Beach Rooms and Beach Suites are contemporary with modern furnishings and large terraces. Self-controlled air-conditioning, satellite TV, wired and wireless LAN high speed Internet, direct-dial phone, coffee and tea-making facilities, hairdryer, and a safe are standard fittings in every room. A special benefit is our free minibar, available in all rooms.

Standard Room – 1 king bed

Standard rooms are situated in the main building and offer a mountain view. These are comfortable rooms of 29 sqm and most have a balcony (6 sqm). They are furnished with a king-size bed (180 cm) or twin beds (2 x 120 cm) and free minibar. Individually controlled air-conditioning, wired and wireless LAN Internet, a bathroom with bathtub and work desk are also featured. Smoking and non-smoking rooms are available.

Superior rooms are situated in the main building with a marvellous sea view or in the village area overlooking the valley. They are spacious 30 sqm, are elegantly furnished and offer a balcony or terrace. Including a king-size bed (180 cm) or twin beds (2 x 120 cm), they also offer a free minibar, individually controlled air-conditioning, wired and wireless LAN Internet, a bathroom with bathtub, and work desk. Set in the village area offering views of the valley and gardens, all Deluxe rooms feature a large balcony or terrace and an oriental style seating area.

Exclusively reserved for adults, Premium rooms offer exquisite comfort and privacy in a secluded area of the village with their own pool and Jacuzzi. Each Premium room offers a direct pool view from a large (9 sqm) private terrace or balcony, complete with an oriental style sitting area.

At spacious 38 sqm, each room features one king-size bed (180 cm) or twin beds (2 x 120 cm), bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, LCD TV and free minibar. Al Saraya

Al Saraya, in the main resort building, has a Mediterranean country kitchen ambiance with garden terrace, warm stonework, arched windows and tiled floors. The restaurant offers all-day à la carte or buffet dining Enjoy our sumptuous buffet breakfast, lunch or dinner, with Oriental carved market carts and live cooking stations. Both indoor and outdoor seating are available.

Our sumptuous Breakfast Buffet offers a wide range of tasty dishes and specialties: from oven fresh bread and pastry to yoghurt, refined cheeses and our famous Swiss Birchermuesli as well as a whole section of traditional Arabic breakfast dishes. A sophisticated Asian restaurant located in the Village Square. Decorated in warm colours with natural straw and bamboo chairs and authentic Chinese atmosphere. Create your own main course by selecting a combination of raw ingredients and sauces for your individual Mongolian Wok cooking station.
