Pool

Our outdoor pool is located right at the top of the hotel. It is the largest open-air space in the Hotel Miramar. The pool, with its swimming lanes, is surrounded by an ample teak wood solarium, which itself is surrounded by a broad lawn of natural grass. There are numerous deckchairs, sunshades and garden chairs and tables at our clients’ disposal, to enjoy the water and sunshine during the entire day. Privacy is guaranteed, since the swimming pool is reserved exclusively for our clients. The pool is open during most of the year, coinciding with the city’s warm climate. The controlled-climate indoor pool is open all year round.

Salón Azulete

Located on the ground floor, this hall is usually used for banquets, but it has many other uses, including corporate functions. All of the walls and ceiling of this hall are made of glass, so it offers excellent lighting throughout the day. Its kiosk-type structure was inspired by a Barcelona restaurant of the twenties, from which it takes its name: Azulete. It is surrounded by a leafy garden, and has extensions that allow the space to be enjoyed in the open air.

Sala Montjuic

Located on the 1st floor, this is used for full meetings of groups that may then be divided amongst the other halls. Above all, it is for corporate uses, but it is a multipurpose hall that can even be used for dining. The hall has air conditioning and heating, a projector and screen, internal telephones and a public address system, all pre-installed. The tables are made of light-coloured wood and one of the walls has a modern pictorial work.

Forum A

Located on the 2nd floor, this is used as a sub-committee room or for small groups. Although it is mainly for corporate uses, it is multifunctional. It has air conditioning and heating, a screen and internal telephones, all pre-installed. It is well lit with indirect natural light. The tables are made of light coloured wood.

It has air conditioning, heating and internal telephones, all pre-installed. It has direct natural light through large windows with views of the hotel entrance. Located on the 1st floor, inside the Forestier Restaurant, this is for meeting or dining in a private setting with views of the restaurant. The décor follows the lines of the Forestier Restaurant. It has air conditioning and heating, and natural light.

Private II

Azulete Prefunction

Located on the ground floor, this is a large, airy space used as an intermediate hall or for sub-committees. Above all, it is for corporate uses, but it is a multipurpose hall that can even be used for dining. It has direct natural light via a glass door that opens onto a small patio. It includes a background sound system.

Weddings

Since the start of the last century, the majestic building that now houses our hotel has captivated guests with its monumental presence, its spectacular views and the grandeur of its classically-inspired architecture. In fact, after being inaugurated by King Alfonso XIII and its use during the Universal Exhibition of 1929, the palace was the scene of balls and banquets until 1959. The Mies Van der Röhe wine cellar offers a selection of wines from the best wine-producing regions.
