The Richardson has a policy of no smoking within the hotel facilities. Suites catering for disabled persons and with wheelchair accessibility are available.

The Richardson offers world class facilities including an award-winning day spa, indoor heated lap pool, poolside garden, sauna and gymnasium. The hotel also offers a fine dining restaurant, Opus Restaurant, Cocktail Bar, Conservatory Cafe and two executive boardroom style meeting rooms.

The Residents Lounge, located on the ground floor of the hotel, offers a warm and inviting sanctuary and features a fine collection of original Australian artwork, sumptuous leather chairs and oak panelled walls. The lounge offers an elegant environment for our guests to meet with business colleagues and friends, or simply relax and enjoy a cocktail, cool drink or coffee. Open from 6.00am to 10.00pm.

All facilities and treatments at The Spa Club are available to hotel guests. Non-hotel guests are welcome to make appointments for treatments at The Spa.

Children under the age of 14 are not permitted to use The Spa Club facilities with the exception of the pool where they must be accompanied by a parent. All users of The Spa Club facilities are required to abide by all rules and regulations, copies of which are available from reception.

The Spa Opening Hours

The Spa Club is open for treatments Monday to Tuesday between 9.30am and 6.30pm; Wednesday to Saturday between 9.30am and 8.30pm; and Sunday between 9.30am and 5.30pm.
The gymnasium and pool are open daily between 5.30am and 10.00pm.

Accommodation at The Richardson is generally the most spacious available in Perth. All rooms and suites include one or two bedrooms with king or twin beds, separate lounge, dining area, galley bar and private balcony. Guests enjoy complimentary wireless internet access, local phone calls, daily bottled mineral water and newspapers, welcome amenity, turn-down service and use of the Residents Lounge and Spa Club. Accommodation is categorised by size and location within the hotel. Each room and suite type is referenced by the number of square metres provided (i.e. the lead-in room is an R50 Executive Room which is a minimum of 50 square metres). R50 Executive Room

Spacious and contemporary, Executive Rooms have a minimum of 50 square metres and offer exceptional comfort. The bedroom features a king size bed and adjoining ensuite with shower. The separate lounge connects to the private balcony. Each Executive Room has its own galley bar with a selection of food and beverages and a Nespresso coffee machine. Two of these rooms are equipped with facilities for disabled persons

R55 Deluxe Room

Deluxe Rooms have a minimum of 55 square metres – each is impeccably appointed with a separate lounge, leading on to the private balcony. Bathrooms have a bath with shower above and the galley bar has a selection food and beverages with a Nespresso coffee machine. One Deluxe Room is equipped with facilities for disabled persons

R80 Deluxe Two Bedroom

Spacious and contemporary with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Deluxe Two Bedroom may be configured as two king size beds or a king and twin. It has a Galley Bar with gourmet selections, Convection Microwave and Nespresso Coffee Machine.

S55 Deluxe One Bedroom Suite

Looking towards Kings Park & Botanical Garden, these elegant one bedroom suites offer at least 55 square metres of comfortable and spacious accommodation. Each has a king size bed, lounge and large balcony. Bathrooms have a separate bath and shower. Each suite has an iPod docking station and a galley bar with gourmet food and beverages and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Located on the sixth or seventh floor – Spacious and contemporary with two bedrooms and two bathrooms – two king size beds. Penthouse Suite

The stylish and elegant 8th floor penthouse suites are sure to make any visit memorable.

Five of the six penthouses, derive their names from native hardwood timbers found throughout Western Australia. These special hardwoods have stunning hues and range from pinkish to earthy red, cream to yellowish-honey, golden tan to rich chocolate, through to various shades of sunburnt orange. The magnificently crafted wooden screen in the hotel lobby showcases the natural beauty of these local timbers and displays a sample of each.

The sixth, and largest, suite is named for the views it affords from three balconies accross to nearby Kings Park & Botanical Gardens.

P75 Sandalwood Suite

One Bedroom, Lounge & Study

Features one bedroom, with king size bed, ensuite bathroom with seperate bath and shower, as well as a lounge arranged with a sofa, arm-chairs and dining table. It has a galley bar stocked with a selection of food and beverages, convection microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a separate study with desk and sofabed which can accommodate an additional family member.

The largest of the penthouse suites, The Kings Park Suite, has views across to the magnificent King’s Park & Botanic Gardens, located 400 metres from the hotel. Featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge/dining area and separate study – it also has a galley bar stocked with a selection of food and beverages and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The Conservatory Café

Elegant and relaxed; The Conservatory Café on the ground floor of The Richardson serves breakfast and lunch daily and a light dinner menu on Sundays and Mondays. Morning coffee, cakes and Afternoon tea are on offer through until 6.00pm.

The Cocktail Bar

Luxurious and intimate, The Cocktail Bar opens from 5.00pm each evening. Choose from an extensive list of fine Australian and International wines, our inspired cocktail menu, or collection of premium spirits and liqueurs.

Opus Restaurant

Opus Restaurant, located on the hotel property, is Perth’s most glamorous dining experience. Expect inventive cuisine with French origins and modern Australian fresh flavours. Using the finest West Australian ingredients, Chef Pascal Pietri presents his creations in seasonal menus, reflecting the availability of local produce.

At Opus the refined atmosphere, the attentive yet unobtrusive service and superb cuisine are sure to make a memorable dining experience. Vegetarian and special dietary requirements can be catered for.
