Mandarin Grand

Each of these spacious rooms has a balcony where you can enjoy a sundowner and watch the glittering night skyline come to life. Ocean Grand

Our Ocean Grand rooms each have their own private balcony, a prime position to enjoy the panoramic views over the South China Sea and at night the spectacular illuminated circumference of the Singapore Flyer. These are our largest rooms; divided by the study area they feel more like a suite with a generous seating space. Bathrooms are an impressive size and have twin wash basins.

Premier Suites

The Premier Suite is one of our grandest suites, with one bedroom and a great deal of space to entertain in style. The sleek open spaces are designed with subtle oriental touches. Accommodation includes a relaxingly large lounge, private dining area and guest powder room. The granite bathroom is generously sized and the master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe. Oriental Suite

Located on level 17 of the hotel, the exclusive Oriental Suite is a luxury one bedroom residential space. There is private dining for eight guests, with adjacent pantry and floor to ceiling windows giving a magnificent backdrop to your party of the glittering skyline. Both the living room and master bedroom have balconies. There is a luxurious soaking tub in the master bathroom. The accommodation is spacious with large walk in wardrobes and a guest powder room. The entertainment system enables you to personalise your environment with your own iPod playlists streamed through a high quality surround sound system. Presidential Suite

Dolce Vita, located at the poolside with its stunning views of Singapore’s famous skyline, features authentic traditional Italian cuisine presented with a contemporary touch by award-winning Italian Chef Marco Pedrelli from Cesena, Italy.
Chef Marco has worked in some of Europe’s finest restaurants and he is passionate about retaining the true flavour of traditional Italian cuisine. Freshness of produce and selection of the finest seasonal ingredients have always been of paramount importance for Marco and he translates this belief into his daily creations at Dolce Vita.

Cherry Garden

Step through the magnificent doors of this traditional courtyard style residence and be seduced by the modern designs of Oriental splendour. An adept eye has blended sumptuous materials, charcoaled teak panels, slate floors and pools of light. The Feng Shui elements are used to harmonious effect. Two private dining rooms are available, decorated in a residential style. This is an ornate and inspiring setting to enjoy authentic Cantonese cuisine.

The menu offers an eclectic selection of Cantonese cuisine, presented with artistic modern flair. The menus change regularly to incorporate seasonal produce.
A further highlight of Cherry Garden is the wide selection of Chinese teas and the wine list, which offers a balanced selection of old and new world wines, specially selected to match with Asian cuisine.

MELT

With creativity and imagination we have transformed the dining experience. 30 chefs in show kitchens present a multi-cultural cooking theatre. At any time of the day select from cuisine ranging from Thai to Italian, and Sushi to salad.

Giant baskets of fruits bring bursts of colour; the wine bar itself is a vivid backlit pink. The space is transitionary, designed for changing moods from muted to energetic up to the fresh and airy garden views.
You could dine here every night of the week and the only similarity in experience would be the excellent quality of the food.

Morton’s of Chicago, The Steakhouse is America’s premier fine-dining steakhouse group. On the menu you’ll find some of the world’s finest USDA prime aged beef and fresh seafood.

Mandarin Oriental, Singapore with its elegant and chic image was elected by the famed Morton’s of Chicago, to be the venue for its first restaurant outside the United States. The classic American steakhouse has since expanded their reach in Asia to other cities such as Hong Kong and Macau.

With its sister restaurant at Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur, Wasabi Bistro is part of an international success story. The menu is a fusion of Japanese cuisine and Californian influences. Wasabi Bistro offers the sophisticated palate with a refreshing twist on contemporary Japanese cuisine in its signature dishes, like Kumi’s No. 1 and Rainbow Roll.

Our outdoor lounge is a relaxed and stylish spot where you can enjoy the full panorama of Marina Bay.

From this 5th floor pool terrace you overlook Singapore’s most famous landmarks and have the ‘best seats in the house’ for those spectacular sun sets over the water.
Sip a cocktail and drink in the views all day. Dine from our lounge menu on light dishes such as an Italian antipasti platter or Australian rock oysters.
