The basket contains a spa music CD to be played before and during your service as well as a selection of plant-based aromatherapy oils and room sprays, allowing you to choose your own scent for the treatment.

As you recline on our custom spa bed, a professional spa therapist with provide your choice of our in-room spa treatments and intuitively restore balance to your body. Our signature treatments include Relax, a traditional Swedish-based massage using light-to-moderate pressure; Restore, a deep-tissue massage to alleviate symptoms of overactivity with relaxation movements and other techniques; Renew, an exclusive treatment blending deep-tissue with Swedish massage for perfect energy flow; and Synergy, a massage of your choice to be enjoyed with your loved one at your side. All treatments offer the option of 60 or 90 minutes.

Health Club

Located in the Heritage GPO building, the health club (owned and operated by Good Life Health Clubs) is complimentary to all guests, helping you stay balanced and uplifted throughout your travels. In addition to extensive cardio workout equipment, the facility features a suspended, heated lap pool, accessed through the fitness centre, and a spacious training studio that hosts our group fitness classes. A diverse roster includes spin classes, boxing, and yoga. Additional services, such as personal training and remedial massage, are available for a fee.

Mosaic, showered in sunlight from the General Post Office glass atrium and overlooking the magnificent GPO Courtyard, exceeds all expectations with its forward-thinking, healthful fare and exceptional service. Set against an open, inviting backdrop, the modern Australian cuisine, blended with hints of Mediterranean, is all informed by an emphasis on fresh local and regional produce.

Allow our team to usher you into epicurean heaven with our daily buffet breakfast highlighting local produce or our innovative à la carte menu for lunch and dinner.

Lunch selections such as sirloin steak with broccolini and teppan-grilled barramundi are served with two sides and a dessert. Items on Mosaic’s dinner menu change seasonally. Starters have included ocean trout tataki with lemon oil, avocado, and honey soy and duck ravioli with baby herbs. Our main courses range from snapper fillet with crab meat and asparagus and penne rigate with baby spinach and ratatouille vegetables, to pork trilogy featuring twice-cooked belly, braised cheek, and tenderloin.
