Dining
At all Fairmont hotels, kids aged 5 and under eat free off the children’s menu while kids aged 6-11 eat for half price off the regular menu.

New this year: The expansion of the brand’s Lifestyle Cuisine program to children’s menus – offering a healthy twist on the usual kid-friendly favorites such as chicken strips, pizza, spaghetti with meatballs and even chocolate mousse.

Chefs are in the process of swapping out refined flour for whole wheat, incorporating fruits and vegetables into recipes to help meet the recommended daily fiber allowance, and employing alternative cooking methods to help ensure healthier choices are made available to young diners.

Signature Room

These exceptional corner rooms showcase the 180 degree views of all that Vancouver’s harbour has to offer. Floor to ceiling windows replace two walls, providing the best of both east and west harbor views. Even the spacious marble bathroom has a large window with a stunning view!

Executive Suite

Our Executive Suites offer a beautiful bedroom connected to a parlor living room through French doors. The bright spacious parlor sitting area also offers a pullout sofabed. The Executive Suites are located from the third to the sixth floors in the hotel and are ideal for the business traveler who requires that extra space, or for small families. Amenities include a LG flat screen television in both the bedroom and living room, wireless internet access and spacious marble bathrooms.

One & Two Bedroom Family Suites

Located on the higher floors of the hotel and with stunning views of the Vancouver harbor, North Shore Mountains and Stanley Park, our One and Two Bedroom Family Suites consist of one or two guest rooms with full bathrooms connected to a parlour sitting room with Murphy Queen bed and additional bathroom with shower only. These suites are ideal for families travelling together.

Vista Suite

One of the three exclusive specialty suites at The Fairmont Waterfront, the Vista Suite is located on the fifth floor and offers a large bedroom, spacious living room, wet bar and expansive sun drenched private terrace with patio furniture. The Vista Suite has been completely renovated in 2010, including wood floors and a fresh contemporary color scheme, all new furniture, artwork and décor. Amenities include a LG 52 inch flat screen television in the living room, LG 37 inch flat screen television in the bedroom, wireless internet access and a large marble bathroom.

Garden Suite

The second largest suite at The Fairmont Waterfront, the Garden Suite is located on the third floor and offers the option of being a one or two bedroom suite. The Garden Suite has been entirely renovated in 2010, including wood floors, new furniture, artwork and décor. This specialty suite offers a private garden terrace with access to the swimming pool patio. The Garden Suite offers LG 37 inch flat screen televisions in both the bedrooms and the living room, wireless internet access, and a spacious living room suited for entertaining.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suite is The Fairmont Waterfront’s largest specialty suite, and was home to Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II during her Royal Jubilee visit in 2002. Located on the seventh and eighth floors, this recently renovated split level suite offers a spacious living area, wood floors, pantry kitchen, access to our Fairmont Gold floor, and a large private terraced balcony with stunning views. The main bedroom has a large ensuite marble bathroom with deep jetted soaker tub and separate shower. Amenities include a LG 52 inch flat screen television in the living room, LG 37 inch flat screen televisions in the bedrooms, wireless internet access, and a desk with special business amenities.
