Offering a breathtaking view of Buenos Aires City and those of its most emblematic symbols such as De la Plata river, 9 de Julio Ave., the Colón Opera House as well as the Obelisk, the Penthouse is located on the 18th floor of the South Tower, boasting of its Carrara marble entrance and its mahogany-baluster stair.
Decorated in a classic style with local reminiscences, its 220 meters are home for a light room situated on the ground floor and a spacious bedroom upstairs, where delicate shapes allow for a unique style.

The Penthouse also provides the highest level of service as well as state-of-the-art equipment in order to render it the most comfortable and differentiated place.

Tomo 1 Restaurant

This icon of the Argentinean high cuisine opens its doors after a careful remodeling that changed it completely. The multi-award winning restaurant of the sisters Ada and Hebe Cóncaro faces a new season of successes with a menu that is periodically changed and is always offering all kinds of delicacies and a careful selection of wines from all over the world including labels from the best Argentinean vintages.

The Panamericano Buenos Aires Hotel hired architect Pablo Sánchez Elía Studio, and Laura Orcoyen for the entire renewal of its celebrity restaurant: The emblematic Tomo 1, located in the hotel’s mezzanine floor since 1993.

The new Tomo 1 has two entrances, the traditional one and another that communicates with the hotel. It also has a counter made of native wood and designed by Ricardo Paz, a wine cellar for 1,200 bottles in sight, an aisle with reception desk and a spacious lounge that can be split into two separate spaces with a hand-made linen curtain. There is a lot of burlap and a lot of dark Wood in the ceiling’s straps, columns, chairs and furniture. It is worth mentioning that the burlap capitonné in the walls was a great choice, which provides particular warmth to the atmosphere and also achieves an exceptional acoustic.

La Luciérnaga

To have breakfast, lunch, dinner or enjoy an appetizing snack at the majestic hotel lobby. A warm and luminous redoubt that welcomes both the tourist and the business person. It offers international dishes a-la-carte as well as a well varied buffet. Ideal for a quick lunch, but that does not mean less tasty, or a romantic dinner with candle lights.

Lunch at La Luciérnaga: Midday’s Monday to Friday, from 12 to 15, a unique proposal by our chef Fernando Rueda Silva.

Every Sunday we offer at our restaurant La Luciérnaga a Brunch from 11 to 16.
Champagne and wines – Pies and Strudel – cold meat and cheese – Sea and river Island – Croissants – Waffles – Muffins and scons – deer loin – Chicken envoltini – Eggplant risotto – Hors d’oeuvre: Shrimp blinis, Camembert, Boconccino skewer – Sushi island – Lamp gigot – Pasta cooked at the very same moment.

Hours: 12 pm to 1 am. Every day including Saturday and Sunday.

Celtic Pub

Masculine and comfortable, this classic Irish pub with a very well-stocked bar and a simple menu with sandwiches and “picadas” – cold meat and cheese – is the ideal place to enjoy spirits, cocktails and drinks in an intimate atmosphere. It has a pool table, smoking area and Wi-Fi zone.

La Cava

The outside of our brand new wine cellar is made of polished cedar, has double glass and doors with UV filter. Inside, a careful selection of high-end wine labels, national and imported from France, Italy and Spain, are waiting for you. The wine cellar required an investment of $180,000, has room for 700 bottles and has two independent chambers: One for red wines which are stowed at a temperature around 12° and 18° depending on the year, and the other part for white wines stowed at a temperature around 5° and 15°, depending on the kind of grape.
