Activities

Complimentary activities include: a fully equipped gymnasium, tennis, badminton, beach volleyball, non-motorised water sports such as top cat (catamaran – compulsory orientation at a cost), pedal boats, windsurfing and kayak. Other activities that are available include a romantic getaway, sunset cruise with a traditional Dhoni, all day deserted Island, dolphin search, local villages, traditional night fishing, water skiing, kneeboard, wakeboard, banana boat, fishing and diving.

Diving

The TGI Diving Centre’s international and multilingual PADI instructor team welcomes you to Constance Halaveli Resort. We are a PADI 5 star Instructor Development Gold Palm Resort and offer courses from beginners through to instructor level.

We are located above the sea near the main jetty. The warm tropical waters around Constance Halaveli Resort teems with a rich diversity of marine life. There are thousands of colourful fishes, corals, turtles, rays and sharks waiting to be discovered. TGI Diving Centre offers a wide variety of different diving courses for beginners as well as experienced divers.

All participants to any diving activity must first fill in a PADI medical questionnaire. Anyone suffering from any medical problem must provide a medical certificate (from a general practitioner or specialist) stating that he is fit to dive.

Theopening hours are from 09:00 to 18:00.

Childcare

The “Kuda Club” welcomes children aged from 4 to 12 years with age-related activities both outdoor and indoor as well as educational activities. Full day activities are planned for children and the qualified team will help children discover the Maldives, make sand-castles, watch amazing sunsets and spot stars. The club is open daily from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. There is a children’s menu available in all restaurants as well as in-villa dining. Babysitting can also be arranged.

Accomodation

Accommodation on the island has deliberately been focused on two alternatives of even value though different: villa on the ground and villa on the sea. Both offer residential amenities, each one with its private swimming pool. This facility may seem extravagant, but it nevertheless gives a plus to the private character of the accommodation and considerably increases the comfort and privacy of the stay. Between the lush vegetation of the island and the eternal turquoise of the lagoon, only the case differs since the amenities and the resolutely contemporaneous decor are similar.

Main Restaurant (128 seats)

The Main Buffet Restaurant & Bar “ JAHAZ ” is open for breakfast and dinner and serves international food and features themed evenings and special events.

Speciality Restaurant (72 seats)

Restaurant & Bar “ JING ” on stilts features speciality fusion cuisine where East meets West offering Asian dishes combined with a European touch. Healthy/Asian Fusion over water. Open for Lunch and Dinner. The Jing restaurant will be closed 1 night per week.

Beach Grill (20 seats)

“ MEERU ” offers a wide selection of seafood in an “al fresco” setting. It has a casual and barefoot atmosphere and is located on the beach. Open for Lunch, Dinner and special themed evenings.
