The hottest new luxury hotel in Paris, Hotel Fouquet’s Barriere stands prominently on the corner of two fabled boulevards: the Champs-Elyses and Avenue George V.

Surrounded by chic designer boutiques and fine dining restaurants, the hotel is perfectly situated at the nexus of the Triangle d’Or. Opened on November 3, 2006, the hotel joins an impressive roster of opulent Palace Hotels in Paris. Hotel Fouquet’s Barriere boasts an enormous Spa with stunning swimming pool, which is hard to come by in Paris.

In the building’s extraordinary design, celebrity architect Francois created a contemporary masterpiece by fusing the old and new. Attached to the legendary Brasserie Fouquet’s, the hotel is comprised of five Haussman-style buildings located around a central interior garden. The project – years in the making- is destined to become a destination in its own right. All the buildings were not originally connected; the architect created a faux Haussmann-style facade which has been molded onto the exterior of the newer adjoining buildings.

The hotel’s interiors are just as remarkable. World-renowned interior designer Jacques Garcia has created 107 lavish guest rooms in a combination of art-deco and empire style. Utilizing rich velvets, leather, gold leaf, shark skin, precious marble, and plush fabrics, Garcia has created posh, imperial spaces that are also extremely comfortable. Bathrooms are like mini-spas, decked out in marble, with large bath and separate walk-in rainshower room. In the Presidential Suite, the large jetted tub actually overlooks the grand stretch of Champs-Elyses (though these rooms are ultra sound-proofed for peace and quiet.) The Presidential Suite, like all guest rooms, is equipped with the most cutting edge technology: the flat screen TV is embedded in the mirror, totally invisible until turned on.

The U Spa has over 750 square metres and includes treatment rooms, a fitness hall, a sauna, a hammam, a unique water course and one of the largest indoor pools in Paris.

We use SENSAI KANEBO INTERNATIONAL and CINQ MONDES expert massage and treatment techniques. Our experienced beauticians provide impressive treatments that result in soft, healthy, radiant skin using high quality products. Other treatments based on traditional wellbeing treatments from around the world are also available for relaxing sensorial experiences.

All our massages are available to men and women.

Our complete range of treatments are also for children, young mothers and pregnant women. The Eveil Bébé baby workshop teaches mothers soothing, wrapping gestures for loving moments with their babies.

Our 100 square-metre Eiffel Duplex has a modern, refined decor and boasts a separate entry hall leading to a bedroom. The duplex is bright, has rounded architecture sublimed by golden shades of colour and includes a spacious dressing room.
The bathroom is decorated in black marble and yellow & white Italian tiling. The mahogany staircase leads to a wonderfully comfortable lounge on the upper floor, a 30 square-metre balcony and large windows offering an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower.

Presidential Suite

Our 250 square-metre Presidential Suite includes a large entry hall which can be closed off to create a mini office/kitchen for your private Butler. The 40 square-metre master bedroom offers an exclusive view over the Champs Elysée, and is decorated in shades of gold, delicate fabrics in a modern style using noble raw materials. The room is fully soundproofed and includes all the latest technical features (Wi-Fi, flat screen and multi-functional printer).

The spacious mahogany dressing room leads to the second bedroom, 34 square metres decorated in coppery shades and overlooking the Champs Elysées.
Each bedroom includes a magnificent en-suite mosaic and marble bathroom.

The master bedroom bathroom boasts a double bath for Balneo and chromo therapy treatments, plus a rain-effect shower for maximum pleasure.

Fouquet’s

The apostrophe “s” added to its name made Fouquet’s café, initially a meeting place for coachmen in the late 1900s, one of the most famous places in the world! The café embodies the spirit of the Parisian brasserie whose taste for festivity sparked off at the beginnings of the silver screen by Maurice Chevalier, Raimu, Georges Simenon and later Orson Welles and Jeanne Moreau who held the reins of shows such as Joséphine Baker, and later on Liza Minelli. Today, other artists figure on the credits of this constantly renewed history that is added to by each day and each party.
A lively institution can be felt in the Parisian air. The brasserie spirit of Fouquet’s is the image of the Champs Elysées. Luxury is not just an appearance here. It is in the truth, the attention and the discreete expertise of those who welcome you.

Located in the heart of the Fouquet’s Barrière Hotel and leading to a splendid interior garden, Le Diane, macaroon-awarded restaurant in the prestigious Michelin guide, offers a timeless cuisine which gives its name “in a contemporary way” to the greatest classics of the French Gastronomy.
Jean-Yves leuranguer, head chief of the Fouquet’s Barrière Hotel’s kitchens and best cuisine Craftsman of France, and his staff, share everyday the subtlety of the authentic flavours, garnished elegantly, and served in the intimist and luminous rotunda of the restaurant Le Diane.

Claude Ducrozet, Pastry-chef of the Fouquet’s Barrière Hotel brings a subtle sweet touch to the generous menu of Le Diane by sweetening slightly acid flavours, holding the promise of surprising tasteful experiences.

Finally, the culinary experience in Le Diane is enhanced by the selection of our sommeliers whose cellar hosts rare, different and original vintages.
