Our rooms promote a modern, refined luxury, blending soft armchairs, full-lead crystal lamps, and contemporary half-glassed, half-chromium desks. Ambiances change to suit your pleasure: the walls’ beige tones are set off by textured materials in which blue, green, fuschia, bronze or a flowery pattern predominate. The bathrooms also foster a sense of quiet luxury by wedding light-coloured stone, black marble and chrome plumbing.

After crossing the hall, a few steps will lead you to the living-room, opening onto a private terrace. This suite consists of an office, a living-room, and a beautiful bedroom. The large bathroom features a flat-screen TV, a shower and a large jacuzzi, from which you may gaze upon the stars.

Located on the top floor, the Presidential Suite has a surface area of some 210 m² (2260 ft²). Accessible by private elevator, this suite offers 5 living rooms, 3 bedrooms, a Jacuzzi, a bar and a terrace which can be organized at your convenience.

The Bar

If our bar – with its congenial comfort reminiscent of the English club – is known as “The Baudelaire”, it is because its ceiling bears a monumental fresco by Marco del Re, bringing the verses of the “Flowers of Evil” to life. There, our head bartender awaits you to lead you into the discovery of his equally creative cocktails.

Opening hours:
Monday to Wednesday: From 8.30 am to 1 am.
Thursday to Saturday: From 8.30 am to1.30 am.
Sunday: From 8.30 am to midnight

The Winter Garden

You can taste the creations of our pastry chef in the Winter Garden, accompanying them with a large selection of the best teas.
An inventive selection of snacks is also available at any time.

The Restaurant

Le Baudelaire has been awarded a star at the Michelin red guide 2011.
Opening onto a quiet patio, the restaurant is your rendezvous with French-style good taste, where people come to enjoy innovative dishes that delve into Parisian tradition while finding their inspiration in the merger of meridians.

The kitchens have been entrusted to Pierre Rigothier.

Pierre Rigothier trained under renowned Chefs Jacques Maximim and Eric Briffard. He is familiar to the area since he worked at l’Espadon and at Restaurant Laurent before moving abroad to become Antonin Bonnet ‘s Executive Sous Chef at the Green House in London.
In 2008, he settled in Newcastle to take the Head Chef position at Jesmond Dene House Hotel.

Under direction of Pierre Rigothier, Yann Couvreur has created a range of light and delicate desserts. He worked in many prestigious hotels such as the Trianon Palace, the Carré des Feuillants, then he becomes Jean-François right-hand man. He has joined our teams after being Pastry Chef of the Eden Rock in Saint-Barthélémy.

Breakfast is served daily in the restaurant or the Winter Garden from 6:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Open from Monday to Friday for lunch (12.30 pm – 2.30 pm)
and Monday to Saturday for dinner ( 7.30 pm – 22.30 pm )
Closed Saturday lunch and Sunday all day.

A Snack menu is available around the clock at the Winter Garden.

For those who wish to enjoy some refreshment in the intimacy of their room, the Baudelaire’s room service is available 24/24.
