Opened in 2010, Prince Spa with its 2000 square meters is divided into three levels and consists in a large Beauty Area with 12 treatment rooms and 2 multisensory couple Spa suites, a Wet Area with bio sauna, steam room, emotional showers, Swedish shower, iced fountain, a 25-metre ozone-sanitized pool, a relaxation area and a 450-square metre Fitness Area.

The team of Hairlosophy hairstylists and the menu proposals of I-Food bio bar, complete the wide range of services and treatments offered by Prince Spa.

Fitness

Dedicated to physical activity and all those who love sports, the Fitness Area at Prince Spa offers the best in technology. Spread over an area of over 450 square metres, it is equipped with the latest Technogym ® equipment and offers all its guests different types of training.

Floor exercise and personalized courses, step, gag and many other activities to improve the well-being of body and mind. A highly qualified personal training staff is at your disposal and will follow you in a custom ad-hoc session.

A specific area is based on “functional training”, an activity that helps strengthen the body, while improving the tone of the tissues.

It is based on natural proprioceptive methods. Also in the multi-purpose room, you will find the new activities such as power yoga, pilates and aerobox, total body work to find a balance between body and mind.

Everything takes place in a warm and familiar environment, but always respecting the privacy of our guests.

Pool

Nestled in a wonderful green area, the heated outdoor pool is the ideal place for a break during the summer days.

Open from the 1st May to the 30th September (both for hotel guests, outside guests and members of Prince Spa) it offers the opportunity to relax in a pleasant and relaxing context.

The semi-Olympic outdoor pool allows all guests to indulge in peaceful moments of pleasant well-being, either alone or with friends.

A dining service that serves fresh, light meals and tasty drinks or fruit cocktails is available by the pool, to make the stay for visitors even more comfortable.

A large sunbathing area surrounded by the well-kept garden of the Parco dei Principi Grand Hotel & Spa features chaises longues and umbrellas, stylish and comfortable gazebos, allows for greater comfort and privacy.

For those who want to relax under the sun it is also possible to request a massage service, among those offered by Prince Spa.

The Parco dei Principi Grand Hotel & Spa is the ideal setting for special events and has 18 meeting rooms. The Congress Centre has natural light and its own entrance and can accommodate up to 900 people theatre style. There are also ample adjoining areas and foyers.

Accommodation

The 179 rooms the Parco dei Principi Grand Hotel & Spa are elegant and comfortable, and have stunning views over the Villa Borghese park or the exclusive Parioli district. Most of them have balconies or terraces and many are connecting rooms.

The 24 suites have been recently renovated and the unique Royal Suite, an apartment of 350 square metres, has a panoramic terrace and private kitchen.

All rooms conform to the highest standards of excellence and have broadband Internet, LCD satellite TVs and Italian marble bathrooms.

Superior Room

Our Superior rooms are in classical style with double or twin beds and all have balconies with views over the city.
The sumptuous nuanced shades of the upholstery and the refined furnishings blend with the hi-tech systems which include Wifi, LCD Pay TVs and air conditioning.
Precious paintings, a comfortable desk and Empire-style armchairs complete the decor.
The Italian marble bathrooms are in soft shades and all have bathtubs with showers and bidets.

The Single Rooms
The single rooms, which have a single bed, are elegantly furnished in classical style and have all modern comforts including Wifi, LCD Pay TVs and air conditioning.
They all have balconies with city views and marble bathrooms with showers.

Deluxe Room

The wonderful views of the Villa Borghese park are what make the deluxe rooms so special. They all have balconies and elegant decor, as well as double or twin beds, warm boiserie finishes and refined upholstery.

Precious paintings, a comfortable desk and Empire-style armchairs compete the furnishings, and blend with the hi-tech systems which include Wifi, LCD Pay TV and air conditioning. The Italian marble bathrooms are in soft shades and all have bathtubs with showers and bidets.

Junior Suite

The romantic, spacious and luxurious Junior Suites have king-size double beds or twin beds. They are on the top floors of the hotel and most have balconies, so guests can delight in the views of the Villa Borghese park, the dome of St. Peter’s and Rome’s stunning sunsets. The elaborate furnishings in precious woods and the refined upholstery create a warm and elegant ambience. The cosy living room leading into the bedroom has a comfortable sofa and a 26″ or a 32″ LDC TV.

Superior Suite

The intimate living room with its own entrance, has a comfortable sofa and a second LCD TV and is separate from the bedroom which has a king-size bed or twin beds. Presidential Suite

Located in a privileged position on the 6 th floor the Presidential Suite has wonderful views over the Villa Borghese park from the spectacular panoramic terrace and from the private solarium. This superbly comfortable suite has a living room with an independent entrance, private bathroom, dining area, fax, 32” LCD TV and terrace, and can easily be turned into a meeting room for six people

There are precious paintings, elegant furnishing and boiserie in the bedroom which has a king-size bed or twin beds, a private terrace and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi. Royal Suite

Located on the second last floor the Royal Apartment has breath-taking views over the city, the Villa Borghese park, the dome of St. Peter’s and the swimming pool from the large panoramic terrace. Consisting of 350 square metres it has a large and bright living room, a dining area with a decorative fireplace and an Empire-style period table which can seat up to 15 people.

This exclusive apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen and kitchenette, a private study, a marble guest bathroom and master bathroom, a large mosaic shower stall, steam sauna and a bathtub with views over the green expanse of Villa Borghese.

There is also a sumptuous bedroom with a double bed, a private balcony and a double walk-in closet. The sophisticated curtains, oriental carpets and decorated ceilings, and the selection of unique furnishings create an elegant and charming ambience. The suite also has Wifi, three LCD TVs with Pay TV and air conditioning.

There is the possibility of a connecting room with a double bed.

Pauline Borghese

The “Pauline Borghese” restaurant is one of Rome’s best known restaurants, an enchanting room overlooking the Italian-style garden and a tranquil and delightful haunt in the heart of Rome.

The five-star service is of the highest level and the menu, based on the traditional and genuine flavours of Italian cuisine with a contemporary twist, is accompanied by a wine list of fine wines and by a selection of regional Italian oils.
