Spa

Banyan Tree Spa Seoul is the perfect sanctuary for the senses, featuring an extensive selection of Asian-inspired spa treatments to rejuvenate the body, mind and soul.

The Spa features nine Double Treatment Rooms and two Spa Suites equipped with a Rainmist room, a shower and steam room and a bathtub. Put yourself in the capable hands of our therapists whose non-clinical and holistic approach celebrates the human touch and use of natural herbs and spices.

Banyan Tree Spa opened in Asia’s first luxury spa resort – Banyan Tree Phuket, Thailand in 1994. As the first luxury oriental spa in Asia, it pioneered the tropical garden spa concept, with its Eastern therapies and holistic focus on spiritual, mental and physical harmony, and it rediscovered and reintroduced an exotic blend of ancient Asian health and beauty practices, passed down from generation to generation of local health practitioners.

Korean Sauna

Inspired by Korea’s famed sauna baths, Banyan Tree’s sauna provides an exclusive and private retreat, created for social, business and political elites. In this sanctuary, the mind, body and soul are restored to harmony and balance. Guests may make use of facilities such as the shower cabins, three temperature-controlled pools, herbal sauna room, aroma steam room, ice fountain, three shower experience rooms, and may also unwind at the relaxation lounge.

Indoor Swimming Pools

The main indoor pool is perfect for swimming laps, even in the cold of winter, while a separate adult relaxation pool is for those just wanting to take a dip. Swimming lessons and aquarobics classes are also scheduled for interested guests.
In addition to the above we have two mini pools for the young ones. Available for private reservations, this is the ideal location for kid’s events and parties.

Mini Soccer Field

Do your children fancy a game of futsal, or mini-soccer? Our futsal field is run by coaches from the Hong Myungbo Soccer Academy. The Academy was founded by Hong Myungbo – one of the heroes of the 2002 World Cup and now head coach of the U-20 National Soccer Team.

Basketball Court

The basketball court is an open space where guests of all ages can shoot hoops in a natural environment.

Fitness Center

Spread over two floors of the Club building, the gym is fitted with the most modern of equipment. The first floor is dedicated to strength training and stretching, including a separate workout/yoga studio. The second floor aerobic fitness area includes treadmills, bikes and cross trainers. Trained gym instructors will walk you through a host of physical activities including aerobics, yoga, cardio, stretches, resistance training and rock wall climbing.

Kids’ Club

A dedicated kids club on the 5th floor of the club building combines fun with learning. An Arts and Crafts Room, Play Zone and Movie room promise to keep kids entertained. There is also a Wii Room, a PS 3 Room, an Internet Room, the Kid’s Library/Lounge, 3 Classrooms for lessons and 2 Multipurpose Activity Rooms for birthday parties and other festivities.

Golf Driving Range

Hotel guests and club members have access to the on-site two-storey, 80 yard driving range. With 26 sections, a 3D-screen golf facility and a golf shop, all your golfing needs are catered for. If you are looking for extra tips on your drive or putting, our team of world-class coaches from the famous Troon Golf Academy is ready to assist.

Outdoor Pool ‘The Oasis’

One of the most beguiling features of Banyan Tree Club & Spa Seoul is its expansive outdoor swimming pool. Nicknamed ‘The Oasis’, the pool is a perfect compliment for the different seasons. A swimming pool during the warm months of summer, the Oasis transforms into a magical ice rink and snow-sled field in winter.

Dining at Aqua Bar, located at The Oasis, is seasonal depending on the weather.
