We begin each appointment with a foot ritual, symbolically washing away the material world. Following this, our personal therapist will offer you an in-depth consultation and from this recommend treatments devised from both Asian and Western-inspired traditions, especially suited to you and your needs.
To prepare your body for a deeper therapeutic experience we recommend guests arrive 45 minutes prior to the appointment time in order to make the most of our fabulous heat and water oasis. Develop your core strength and greater body awareness with a private Pilates session. We have a dedicated Pilates machine in our fitness centre while mat classes are offered in the private surroundings of one of our spa suites.
To help you plan a complete wellness regime we offer four-week passes to our fitness centre, which can also be combined with a spa pass. We also run private meditation, Thai Chi, Yoga and Aroma Stretch classes in the tranquil surroundings of one of our spa suites.

Sense Tea Corner
With its relaxed atmosphere, Sense Tea Corner is the perfect place to savour a cup of tea while taking in the majestic views across Tokyo. Lying adjacent to Sense restaurant on the 37th floor, the tea room enjoys a dramatic setting situated in front of a wall of fire. This decorative feature is reminiscent of the flames needed to prepare Chinese cuisine.
We offer more than twenty different types of fragrant teas from around the world including green tea with powerful healing properties and pu-erh tea for true connoisseurs.
In addition, a selection of Cantonese sweets are available. In the afternoon, our famous High Tea includes exquisite Hong Kong delicacies with carefully selected Chinese teas. Each serving of tea is skilfully prepared at the table in the traditional Chinese manner.

Offering a satisfying array of dishes at any time of day, K’shiki is our stylish all-day restaurant. Breakfast is served from 6am and offers a range of Western, Japanese and à la carte options.
At lunchtime, K’shiki offers particularly tempting fare for those on the go with light lunch options including salads, sandwiches and six stylishly crafted Asian-inspired dishes, known together as the “Oriental Bento Lunch”.
Our dinner menu has a similarly Asian influence and features a variety of imaginative dishes. We also offer a set tasting menu, which includes the signature soup of the season, a choice of mouth-watering appetizers and one of our selected grilled main dishes. Designed for sharing, this is a great option for bringing friends and family together over fine food.
We also offer the option of a semi-private room that seats up to eight guests. With an open doorway into the restaurant, this room allows diners to enjoy the energy of K’shiki and the luxury of a private space.

Tapas Molecular Bar
Experience the innovative art of molecular cuisine at our celebrated Tapas Molecular Bar. Situated within the chic Oriental Lounge on the 38th floor, dishes are served sushi-bar style and are complemented by magnificent views stretching out towards the Imperial Palace and Shinjuku district.

Lying just off our main lobby on the 38th floor, our Oriental Lounge forms the nucleus of the hotel. Meet friends or spend time on your own accompanied by stunning city views and a wonderful menu. We offer freshly brewed coffees, fresh fruit juices, cocktails and afternoon tea, as well as a selection of the finest cigars and liquors from around the world. Refreshments are available all day and for lunchtime, we have a select menu featuring dishes from three of our talented chefs. In the evening, the lights are lowered and the sound of live music winds up the staircase from the dining floor below. Candles warm the mood whilst the spectacular city lights glitter through the floor to ceiling glass windows. After 5pm guests are welcome to savour their cigars in our lounge. The Cigar Cellar is stocked with an extensive selection of humidified cigars and is located right next to the reception desk.
