We begin each appointment with a foot ritual, symbolically washing away the material world. Following this, our personal therapist will offer you an in-depth consultation and from this recommend treatments devised from both Asian and Western-inspired traditions, especially suited to you and your needs.
To prepare your body for a deeper therapeutic experience we recommend guests arrive 45 minutes prior to the appointment time in order to make the most of our fabulous heat and water oasis. Exquisitely designed and beautifully furnished, our magnificent Presidential Suite is our largest and most luxurious. With one spacious bedroom, there is the option of making the suite even larger by connecting to an adjoining room. This decorative feature is reminiscent of the flames needed to prepare Chinese cuisine.

K’shiki
Offering a satisfying array of dishes at any time of day, K’shiki is our stylish all-day restaurant. Breakfast is served from 6am and offers a range of Western, Japanese and à la carte options.
At lunchtime, K’shiki offers particularly tempting fare for those on the go with light lunch options including salads, sandwiches and six stylishly crafted Asian-inspired dishes, known together as the “Oriental Bento Lunch”.
Our dinner menu has a similarly Asian influence and features a variety of imaginative dishes. We also offer a set tasting menu, which includes the signature soup of the season, a choice of mouth-watering appetizers and one of our selected grilled main dishes. Lying just off our main lobby on the 38th floor, our Oriental Lounge forms the nucleus of the hotel. Meet friends or spend time on your own accompanied by stunning city views and a wonderful menu. Refreshments are available all day and for lunchtime, we have a select menu featuring dishes from three of our talented chefs.
