Gastronomy & Bar

AZURE 45

Under the culinary direction of Executive Sous Chef Kiyonari Araki, who brings to the table nearly a decade of hands-on experience with a number of Michelin-star restaurants throughout France, guests are certain to be surprised and delighted by his culinary wonders. Celebrate romantic and special occasions for two, gather for group lunches or family festivities. For important business clients or private functions, book our beautiful private dining room, seating up to 17 guests for a personalized and cozy setting.

TOWERS GRILL

This Classic American Grill is housed in a relaxed dining setting, serving the season’s highest quality meats from the grill and market-fresh seafood. Everything is prepared by Chef Susumu Fukui, a versatile chef who is known for deftly combining his knowledge and influences from France, Italy, the U.S. and China to create culinary excellence that appeals to the cosmopolitan palate. Under his charge, the dishes will shine with the quality of the product with simple and clean flavors. Towers Grill is the perfect dining venue for entertaining business associates, casual meetings with colleagues, ladies gathering for lunch, and family celebrations over the holidays and weekends. For special occasions book the Chef’s Tower table, which commands a magnificent double view of Tokyo Tower and the soon-to-be completed Sky Tree Tower.

HINOKIZAKA

Adjacent to The Lobby Lounge & Bar, Hinokizaka welcomes you with the true essence of traditional, yet contemporary Japanese cuisine. Awarded the Michelin One Star for 2010, Hinokizaka is the only Hotel Japanese restaurant to have earned this distinction.
Featuring a 200 year old Japanese tea house for private dining with breathtaking cityscapes, the restaurant also features seating for up to 34 in one room, as well smaller, private dining rooms.

ARITA

At Arita, great sushi is the sum of its parts. Only the best rice – Koshihikari – will do. Other essential products such as Tsushima seaweed salt from Nagasaki Prefecture enhance the offering of sushi and allow Chef Asazuma the ability to create an exceptional dining experience that showcases his “edomae style” of sushi, which is essentially a combination of fresh raw fish and cooked rice that is seasoned with rice vinegar.
Using the yearly fishing seasons, Chef Asazuma creates sushi that highlights the bounty such as tuna from December to February and sea urchin from Awaji Island from July to September, as well as unique offerings such as seared tuna sushi and marinated kelp – items only available at Arita.

SHIMIZU

Take a seat at Shimizu, the six-person tempura restaurant and prepare to be delighted by both the intimacy of the surroundings, and the special care that Tempura Chef Tatsuaki Kasamoto puts forth.
Much more than your average deep-fried vegetables, fish and meat, tempura, when done correctly, should enhance the flavor of the ingredients – not mask it – and that is what you will enjoy at Shimizu.
Menus include specialty items such as beef fillet, tilefish, and cutlass fish, and can also be custom-made to please any palate

KUTANI

Take a seat at Kutani, and Teppanyaki Chef Junichi Yoshida will offer up his welcoming smile before he prepares you an unforgettable meal. Though rather unassuming, Chef Yoshida, a certified “Beef Master,” is skilled beyond most in both the art of teppanyaki preparation and the selection process of simply choosing the best beef that will be grilled and served.
He and his talented team also use specialty cooking spices such as garlic sauce that has been aged for six months, and grape-seed oil that was made and imported from Italy.
Besides enjoying a well-balanced meal that is healthy, dining guests will also enjoy the plentiful selection of seasonal vegetables, varied menus – to break from the typical “garlic rice” ending – and one-of-a-kind cooking methods of grilling for both the beef and bounty. Blessed with exceptional meats, produce, specialized purveyors, and a talented culinary team, Chef Yoshida is able to elevate the art of teppanyaki to that of a “master” piece.
