The Elegant Regency Carlos Room is one of the most beautiful private rooms in London. Three rooms contained in one, it is suitable for meetings, receptions and business suite as well as private dining. Spacious and elegant, it has an adjoining conservatory that is perfect for cocktails. The combination of three rooms provides guests with a series of possible options. It benefits from natural daylight and is air-conditioned. The well-proportioned Georgian Room is the smaller of the hotel’s two private rooms and is ideal for executive meetings. The Prince’s Lodge
Airy, peaceful and uniquely crafted, the Prince’s Lodge, named after Prince Arthur, Duke of Connaught, is a restful space infused with the design of the Middle East.
Guests in this 5-star suite will come home to a long-ago traveller’s collection of treasures – hand-carved furniture from Kabul, maps and photographs dating back to 1870, sculpture, stained glass, art and more.
The furniture in the suite was produced by artisans who train with the Turquoise Mountain Foundation. Established by the Prince of Wales in 2006, the foundation works to support and restore the historic districts of Kabul which have endured more than thirty years of war.

Tucked high up on the sixth floor of the Connaught, this nautically inspired suite is made for relaxation or concentration in peaceful seclusion.
The Eagle’s Lodge is designed to resemble the cabin of a luxury 1930s yacht. The fan of rooms is set on a slight curve, offering 270° views over the London skyline.
With its crisp bed linen in white and Navy blue, porthole details and oil paintings of sailing ships, the Eagle’s Lodge transports you effortlessly away from the London bustle.

Hélène Darroze, one of France’s most distinguished chefs, is taking the gastronomic experience at the Connaught into a new and exciting phase.
Inspired by authentic regional and seasonal flavours, Hélène’s cuisine has its roots in her native Landes region of south west France.
Already a holder of a Michelin star for her restaurant on Paris’s Left Bank, she recently received her second Michelin star for Hélène Darroze at the Connaught.

The soul of the Coburg Bar lies in tradition and warmth and the atmosphere inside reflects this – quiet, intimate, relaxed and inviting. Our recent extension offers more space and a wonderful view across Carlos Place.
Featured on Condé Nast Traveler: Hot List Nights 2009 and voted Best bar in London by Time Out Magazine in May 2008, the Coburg Bar is truly unique.

Design
Parisian designer India Mahdavi has merely added to the comfort of the Coburg Bar with her contemporary enhancements. The old Connaught wingback chairs are still there, but reupholstered in velvet with black fringing.
The rich burgundy, purple and mink colours of the seating complement the inviting wood-panelled interior, and black and white cameos by Julian Opie grace the panelling on either side of the fireplace.

Drinks
This is a bar in which to enjoy fine wines, cognacs, champagne and expertly-made cocktails spanning three centuries. Even if you don’t have a cocktail, take a look at the Bacchanology menu, which provides a history lesson into the origins of each drink.
