One of Vienna´s biggest ballrooms
The so-called “Quadrille”, named after a famous dance, is one of Vienna´s biggest ballrooms with a total capacity of 500 persons.
The additional 11 venues are either decorated in traditional “Grand Style” or very modern with daylight and partly wooden floors.
State-of-the-art technology
All meeting rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art technology including Wireless LAN access. Guests have the opportunity to combine different meeting rooms.
Ballroom
The ballroom, called “Quadrille” after a famous dance, is one of the biggest in Vienna. Located in the second basement of the Grand Hotel Wien it has the capacity for up to 500 people. The elegant ballroom impresses with a beautiful wooden floor in the middle, a stylish mirror wall in the front and state-of-the-art technical equipment. The Quadrille is the perfect location for balls, weddings, big conferences as well as gala dinners.
The Gallery
The gallery, located in the first basement, is the perfect venue for elegant dinner cocktails as well as for important meetings. The gallery is overlooking the ballroom, which adds an impressive view (as long as the ballroom is not booked). For big events the clients have the opportunity to use both the gallery and the ballroom.
Salon 1, Salon 2 and Salon 3
Located in the first basement of the Grand Hotel Wien, the 3 Salons are a very good choice for small meetings. The rooms are styled traditionally featuring a board table and comfortable chairs.
Salon 4 to Salon 10
In 2007 the Grand Hotel Wien added new meeting rooms to the existing portfolio. The Salons 4 to 13 are located on the 4th floor of the Palais Corso. They can be reached directly from the lobby of the hotel by taking the elevator. The rooms stretch out on 500 square metres. All salons offer daylight and the highest standards in technique. Some of them have a wooden floor, some of them carpets.

Superior Room
The Grand Hotel Wien offers 88 queen or twin-bedded Superior Rooms. These warm and cosy guest rooms measure between 30 and 35 square metres and offer a sizeable working area and all ‘superior’ amenities. All rooms have a view to the inner courtyard and are decorated in beige and rose colours.
Deluxe Room
The 36 residential-styled Deluxe Rooms, elegantly furnished in the colours green and yellow, do measure between 35 and 45 square metres. Located at different floors, all Deluxe Rooms offer city or courtyard views, a large king size bed or twin bed, a two-colour designed marble bathroom and a very comfortable sitting area.
Exclusive Room
The 25 double and 26 twin-bedded Exclusive Rooms are designed to make you feel welcome and at home. All rooms are luxuriously designed and offer views either to the inner courtyard or to the city. All measure 45 square meters. You will surely enjoy the relaxing atmosphere!
Junior Suite
The 19 beautiful and spacious Junior Suites of the Grand Hotel Wien measure 60 square metres and offer either a king size or a twin bed and a comfortable sitting area. Guests will enjoy the luxurious interior design. Located at different floors, all Junior Suites have a sensational view of the city.
Executive Suite
Located on the 6th floor of the Grand Hotel Wien, the Executive Suites, with a total of 70 square metres, have a very special feature: their own terrace overlooking the city of Vienna. They are decorated in beautiful light green or beige tones and offer their guests every comfort imaginable.
Senior Suite
Measuring 116 square metres, all 4 Senior Suites are very spacious and luxuriously designed. They offer a separate living room, a bedroom with king size bed or twin bed (in 1 Senior Suite), a dining room, which one can also use as conference room, a luxurious bathroom and a separate guest toilet.
Deluxe Suite
The Grand Hotel Wien offers 3 Deluxe Suites, all with a total of 130 square metres and a sweeping view at the famous Ringstrasse. All 3 suites welcome the guests in an entry hall with separate wardrobe, a decorative living room with open fireplace, balcony and dining table as well as a spacious bedroom.
Presidential Suite
With a total of 220 square metres and a magnificent view at the famous Ringstrasse, the Presidential Suite is truly distinctive. Unkai
Unkai means ‘sea of clouds’, the name hints at Unkai’s location on the 7th floor of the Grand Hotel Wien, directly opposite the gourmet restaurant Le Ciel. At Unkai Restaurant guests are encouraged to enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine at the highest level, created by Chef Hiroshi Sakai.
Unkai Sushi
Opened in January 2008, Unkai-Sushi offers a high quality of sushi and sashimi in a very modern ambience and with quick service. Unkai-Sushi is located directly at the front side of the Grand Hotel Wien with a direct connection to the Grand Hotel Wien lobby and a maximum capacity of 19 seats.
Rosengarten
The lobby coffee and tea lounge Rosengarten, located at the ground floor of the Grand Hotel Wien is part of the impressing lobby.
