Indigenous massage and beauty treatments delivered with deft skill in a serene setting are the cornerstones of every personalized spa service at V Botanical Spa at The Andaman.

The private facilities feature five spaciously designed pavilions with double massage beds and surreal water views. Signature treatments such as The Andaman, a 180-minute spa journey that includes our Ancient Balinese Massage, Himalayan Crystal Body Polish, Aromatherapy Foot Polish, Traditional D’Orient Organic Facial, Asian Style Foot Massage, and Oriental Bathing Ritual prove to be guest favorites. Additional Bathing Ceremonies are also on offer, each one designed to cleanse the body and mind. The romantic Love Bathing Ritual for couples includes champagne and canapés.

V Botanical Spa’s retail section offers a wide selection of spa and beauty products, created specifically for guests of V Botanical Spa. All three product lines used in The Andaman’s treatments are available for purchase, including Ren, Abahna, and Uspa.

The Andaman is the ideal setting for an unmatched wedding. Whether you select our Grand Ballroom or poolside terrace, our wedding coordinator will work with each bride and groom to bring each vision to life. Select dishes from our Western or Asian set dinner menus, including entrees, soups, refreshers, a main course and dessert. Buffet menus are also available, which include the Mezze and Mediterranean option as well as the Flavours of Asia menu.

Beyond the delectable food offerings, our wedding planner looks forward to exceeding expectations with even the smallest request. Marriage registration, celebrants, floral arrangements and decorations harmonize to enhance each wedding. Entertainment—including a band, DJ, emcee and quartet—and audio services are all at your disposal. A make-up artist and salon facilities are also made available, and are easily arranged for with the help of your personal wedding planner.

Smooth dark wooden floorboards welcome guests into 43-square-metre Deluxe Rooms, where images of nature frame a plush Luxury Collection bed wrapped in 300-thread-count linens. Unwind from the day’s adventures by reclining on the L-shaped sofa with accompanying coffee table. Steps away, a balcony offers captivating views. Deluxe Rainforest and Deluxe Treetop Rooms each house a step-out balcony with views of the lush tropical rainforest, while Deluxe Seaview Rooms boast a similar balcony overlooking the aquamarine Andaman Sea. Deluxe Lanai Terrace Rooms—located on the hotel’s first floor—feature an extended balcony with rainforest views, two inviting recliners, and a protective umbrella.

Three distinctive yet equally alluring restaurants, along with our Jentayu Lounge and Beach Bar, offer a variety of local specialties and International favourites. Sample signature dishes, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages in an atmosphere of casual elegance while live entertainment provides an inspired soundtrack to the ever-changing shadows cast by the setting sun. The “Blue Andaman,” a blend of Grey Goose Vodka, Blue Curacao and pineapple proves especially refreshing, while the virgin “Perfect Balance,” a refreshing combination of Kiwi, rambutan and lime is enjoyed by guests of all ages.

The Restaurant

Located on the ground floor of the hotel overlooking our free-form swimming pool, The Restaurant serves up both a Continental Breakfast Buffet and a more extensive American Breakfast Buffet from 7am to 11am. An a la carte menu is also available.

Dinner, served from 7pm to 10:30pm, mirrors the casual elegance found throughout the resort. Choose from one of our menu options, such as Ayam Bunga Kantan, a local chicken curry cooked in traditional spices, or create your own personalized menu. Our chef specials change daily, ensuring a welcome culinary surprise each evening.

Seating for 180 people both inside and out ensures that all our guests will be able to indulge in The Restaurant’s elegant dishes at their leisure.

For a more intimate dining experience, we invite you to visit The Restaurant’s wine cellar, which stocks an extensive selection of venerable wines and provides a lovely venue for a private dinner.

The Japanese Restaurant

Located on the ground level and overlooking the poolside rainforest, The Japanese Restaurant brings an authentic Japanese menu to the shores of Langkawi each evening. Dine on favorites such as sushi, sashimi, and tempura, as well as a number of a la carte options while watching the colugos (flying lemurs) glide from tree to tree. Two Teppanyaki counters invite guests to share in the excitement of their meal’s preparation. Traditional Tatami Rooms are also available for authentic Japanese dining. The Japanese Restaurant is open for dinner.

The Jentayu Lounge

Located on the Lobby Level, commanding spectacular vistas of the rainforest around the resort and the glistening blue Andaman waters beyond, the Jentayu Lounge is the perfect place to relax during the day with a freshly brewed coffee with a good book or if you simply want to take in the fascinating animal life in the trees.

At sunset, breathtaking views of magical marbled skies set the scene for pre-dinner cocktails while after later in the evening, be entertained by the resident band 9 Lives as they deliver perfect renditions of contemporary and classic favourites.
