The Hotel Splendide Royal in Rome is a luxury five star hotel, designed to be royal, luxurious and the same stature of the most accredited hotels in Europe. Located in the noble center of Rome, a city which was and is once again an intersection of cultures and communication.

After more than one year of skilled re-structuring, this 19th century palace – once headquarters of the Roman Maronite community and only a stroll away from the famed Via Veneto – is today a luxury hotel and, in its own way, a symbol of the changes taking place within the Capital City’s fine tradition of hospitality.

Recently baptized as Splendide by guests themselves, the hotel is “toutcourt”, full of that warmth and kindness found usually only among friends. Meetings and Events

A comprehensive refurbishment and the introduction of the very latest technology, guarantee total comfort and efficiency not only in the bedrooms, but also in the areas dedicated to meetings and conference activities. The hotel has three meeting rooms with adjoining reception area, in addition to the board room in the Presidential suite.

Function room capacity ranges from ten to fifty participants, perfectly suited for every type of meeting and conference, but also ideal for press conferences, exhibitions, and training seminars. Working lunches, pre-dinner drinks and gala dinners are served in the panoramic “Mirabelle” restaurant on the 7th floor whilst in the “Limonaia” on the 6th floor, overlooking the gardens of Villa Borghese, cocktails and banquets for up to 130 guests are served.

Whether yours is just beginning, all grown-up or at any stage in-between, Splendide Royal Roma is a wonderful base for your family.

We go out of our way to make our youngest guests feel welcome, and our resourceful Concierge is always close at hand to make reservations for a family dinner, offer suggestions for tomorrow’s outing or help arrange a babysitter. Children under 7 can share their parents’ room at no extra charge.

Suite Villa Borghesem

The “Villa Borghese” suite up on the 5th floor could be defined as a jewel of the Splendide Royal.
The particularity of this suite unique in its kind is its very large terrace overlooking the Villa Borghese gardens and the ancient Roman walls.

The spacious 62 mq, (665 sq feet) it offers are furnished and covered with plants and flowers like a typical Roman terrace, giving the best comfort to who wants to enjoy the panoramic beauties of the Eternal city.

Presidential Suite

The Presidential Suite is unique of its kind, luxuriously furnished and equipped with all the most modern comforts, the Suite is located at the top floor of the hotel and could be offered with one, two or three connecting rooms. Its terrace boats a great view over the eternal city. Suites with Terraces provide DVD players.

With its reputation for exclusivity and excellence, the Splendide Royal boasts one of the most elegant “gourmet terraces” in Rome. The Mirabelle, an exclusive meeting point among the Italian and International “bel mondo”, is considered to be among the very best restaurants in the city, directed with the class and undisputed professionalism of Bruno Borghesi.

The restaurant is located on the hotel’s 7th floor, where huge glass terrace doors open out onto a view of breathtaking beauty: a panorama which sweeps across the city from the 19th century palaces of Pinciano, Villa Medici, Trinità dei Monti all the way to Saint Peter’s and to the Gianicolo. Eyes but also taste buds are rewarded during what is an undeniably unique dining experience.
